Right after I posted this morning, I made the suggestion that we go out for breakfast and then go out to take pictures ... and what a time we had. Once I'd had my fill of scrambled eggs and french toast, we headed out to a local yarn store, where I knew they had "beauty berry" plant growing on the corner. In case you've never seen these things, they're a beautify plant with the most vivid purple berries that come out in the winter. I got a lot of beauty berry shots both there and out at the Rose Garden, but we also took some pictures from the top of a local parking garage and at Alton Baker Park.
The following shots really caught my eye ... with any kind of luck they'll show up correctly and I won't have to trim them down. (Here's hoping........)
